  • In-Person / Face-to-Face Sessions

Attendance & Cancellation Policy

  • 24-Hour Notice Required

To respect the scheduling needs of all clients, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules. Failure to provide 24 hours' notice may result in an additional cancellation fee or full forfeiture of the booking fee.

  • Late Arrivals

If you are running late, please notify the practice immediately. Arriving late will result in a shortened session time to accommodate subsequent appointments, while full session fees remain applicable.

  • Sobriety Policy

To ensure a safe therapeutic workspace, clients who present under the evident influence of alcohol or non-prescribed substances will have their session cancelled or rescheduled immediately, with cancellation terms applied.

If you are an NDIS or aged care client, or hold a Healthcare or Pension Card, please raise it when you book so the correct fee can be confirmed.

Future Groups & Workshops

Small, trauma-informed therapy groups and workshops are being designed to launch as community demand grows.

Our group framework & ground rules

  • A thoughtfully held space

Places are offered through gentle practitioner intake and invitation at Regina's discretion to ensure alignment and safety.

  • Closed cohorts & shared commitment

Groups run as closed cohorts (typically 6 weeks). Committing to the full series protects the container, trust, and continuity.

  • Co-created agreements

Group norms, rules, and boundaries are co-created in the first session; mutual consent and strict confidentiality are paramount.

  • Invitational participation

Autonomy comes first. There is zero pressure to disclose trauma history, or to speak when you would prefer to listen.
